What to do with Race Bibs and Medals

When you start competing in races, you will start wondering what to do with race bibs and medals. Some people like to save them, while others donate them to Medals4Mettle. Others, like me, tend to give them to my kids. I have saved some of my most memorable race bibs and medals, and I have always meant to do something with them. I love the race medal coaster idea, but I honestly don’t think I can handle any more small items in my house at this point in time!

I was recently contacted by Running On the Wall to check out their plaques for displaying race medals and bibs (they have lots of other running-inspired goodies as well!). Their products have been featured in Runner’s World, SELF, Women’s Running, and Triathlete. I chose to receive the Run Like a Girl bib/medal combo in turquoise, and I cannot wait to mount it on the wall in my newly decorated office!  It will be great to display these mementos from my past races. I think they will help remind me of how far I have come with running and racing, in addition to inspiring me for future races!

Running on the Wall has graciously allowed me to giveaway one of their Go the Extra Mile running medal and bib holders. To enter, simply follow the instructions in the Rafflecopter widget below.
