As I turn the corner to 40 (gasp!), I think I am starting to notice my metabolism slowing down just a bit. It’s normal I know; but it’s still something I want to keep tabs on, so it doesn’t sneak up on me! The reality is that most of us WILL experience metabolism changes as we enter our 30s, 40s or beyond. What matters is what we decide to do about it to ensure that we stay healthy into our later years!
Tomorrow night my friend and teammate Laura from Mommy Run Fast (a certified holistic health coach at Laura Peifer Wellness and RRCA certified running coach) will be hosting a Facebook live event on how we can deal with metabolism changes successfully.
