This coming weekend marks the kick off of the tourism season on Cape Cod, and you know what that means—traffic! Well, and lots of money flowing into the economy too.
I am ready for Memorial Day Weekend- bring it! The only unfortunate thing going into this weekend is the weather report. It’s supposed to rain through Sunday. I really hope the weather predictions don’t come to fruition.
I plan on doing some running and car shopping this weekend. We are looking for a replacement for the good old Toyota Sienna, which now has over 143,000 miles on it. The wheels are starting to fall on the bus, and the cost of making repairs isn’t really worth it at this point.
We shall see….If the weather is crummy and outside activities aren’t in order, we will be hitting the dealerships! I really hope we have nice weather though, I am looking forward to some fun outside!
We had more older son’s birthday last week and for my younger son’s birthday we decided to do a Day Out With Thomas at Edaville Railroad. We did this two years ago, and the boys LOVED it! If you would like to check it out, here are some details provided by Edaville:
