No, not that kind of streaking! It seems like a lot of runners are into the running streak as of late, and this holiday season is no exception. A running streak can be a good way of keeping up your motivation to run during a time when it can be lacking aka the holiday season.
I think streaks are a good idea if you don’t forget to listen to your body. Sometimes you need to listen to your body when it tells you to take a day off. That being said, if you’re on a streak, you can choose to just go out for a mile or so one easy/rest days.
