I’d be interested in reading about running with an ipod vs. running without one, (and how to stay safe with those earbuds in!) and what people like to listen to when they run.
i would like to hear more about the options/benefits of cross training in various ways to be prepared for runs. As a new (less than 2 months) older (I am now 50) runner, I’m enjoying the exposure to various options so I can try different things to determine what works for me.
I would like to learn how you keep motivated.
I would like to see a post comparing garmins/gps watches to different phone apps. It would be interesting to see the strengths and weaknesses of each.
interested in reading more about motivation and staying motivated 😉
I like to read about injury prevention during training for a race.
+1 Josephine and Allison. I enjoy the info you pass on to us-please keep up the good work!
I’m interested in reading about – ‘what are the best clothing for both Men & Women to wear each season when you run’ – Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter.
I love to ride my bike and they have some really interesting items that i’ve never seen before. I would love to have a chance to buy some cool things from their site.
FIrst of all let me say that I really appreciate the information on your blog. As a busy mom, I want info to make me a better runner/mom, not just to read someone else’s running log (which is what a lot of other mom/run blogs are).
The biggest challenge I am facing running right now is the 12″ of snow on the ground. I would love to see information about what gear to wear during different weather conditions.
I would like to learn how to keep motivated, because I have a problem with that. Thanks so much for the fantastic giveaway!
