I’m back from my marathon road trip to PA, and I survived! 🙂 I won’t say it wasn’t a little stressful at times; but for the most part, we came out unscathed. Back to meal planning for the week, and here is what’s on the menu:
Monday: Taco Meal Prep Bowls – these are AWESOME to make ahead (we will be using lean grass fed ground beef in ours), and I love so many recipes from Damn Delicious!
Tuesday: Pasta Primavera with Chicken and Garlic Bread.
Wednesday: Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies with garden salad.
Thursday: Best Ever Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup with carrot sticks.
Friday: Caramelized Onion and Sweet Apple Pizza with Brie and salad.
