It’s hard to believe it’s November already! With daylight savings yesterday, it’s getting a little crazy around here! 🙂 This week’s meal plan will feature another Middle Eastern dish, since I was inspired my last week’s Moroccan chicken! I also doubled the batch of couscous I made with that meal, so I could use it for tonight’s dinner.
Monday: Middle Eastern steak pitas with couscous. We don’t eat much red meat at all any more, but this recipe sounded delectable!
Tuesday: 20-Minute Tuscan Chicken with Penne Pasta (I love that this recipe uses a rotisserie chicken to save you prep time!), salad and garlic bread.
Wednesday: Tangy Veggie Wraps with sweet potato fries. These wraps were a special request from my middle son after scrolling through Pinterest! We’ll see if they live up to the picture. 🙂 My husband doesn’t get home until later on Wednesdays, so I think these will be a nice, easy-to-prep meal!
Thursday: Asian Sesame Chicken Salad.
Friday: Spaghetti and Meatballs (I had some leftover in the freezer) with salad and garlic bread.
