Maple Berry Walnut Yogurt Bowl

Greek yogurt is a staple in my daily diet because it’s such a great source of protein and quick to grab on the run! FAGE (pronounced fa-yeh) is my absolute favorite brand of all-natural Greek yogurt and I love their 5% whole milk variety because it’s SUPER rich and creamy. It’s perfect for my low carb days (and pretty much every other day!) too, since it’s packed with protein and just enough fat to keep me satisfied. This Maple Berry Walnut yogurt bowl will become one of your favorite breakfasts– I promise!

This post is sponsored by FAGE; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

FAGE Total 5% Plain Yogurt

FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek Yogurt

This variety of FAGE yogurt comes in three sizes: 7 oz. (perfect for on-the-go!), 17.6 oz and 35.3 oz. Make sure you check out their Recipes page for some more culinary inspiration. Not only is FAGE Greek yogurt protein-rich but it’s also a great source of calcium which is something I’m focusing on more now that I’m in my forties! If you prefer purchasing items that are produced with non-GMO ingredients, you will be happy to know that the milk used in FAGE yogurt is sourced from cows that are fed non-GMO feed.

How to make a maple berry walnut yogurt bowl

I make yogurt bowls ALL the time for breakfast and lunch and one of my go-to recipes is the Maple Berry Walnut Yogurt Bowl. Here’s how to make your own yogurt bowl with creamy FAGE Total 5% whole-milk Greek yogurt.

This yogurt bowl is packed with berries and sprinkled with nuts and maple syrup for a little sweetness, as FAGE Total has no added sugar (just naturally occurring milk sugar). The fruit and nut suggestions in this recipe are just my suggestions– please feel free to substitute your favorite fruit or mixture of fruits. If you don’t like walnuts, pecans are a great option too!
