Knock on wood of course! This past training week I hit 36 miles for the week. Last June I logged a 38 mile week, so I am very close to that and proud to say that I am still feeling great. It’s probably related to a few factors, namely having my feet analyzed and fitted properly by the pedorthist and coaching myself!
I have gotten back to loving running, instead of dreading workouts which makes me very happy.
The past month or so I have been busy packing all of the things we don’t use on a daily basis. I can’t tell you how many boxes and rolls of packing tape I have gone through, and I don’t even feel like I have put a dent in the job! Eek!
It’s amazing that we have accumulated this much “stuff” in the six years we have been in our condo. I am hoping to start fresh and find a good way to control clutter in our new house—I know, famous last words!
Off to go running, swimming lessons with my oldest, and then teaching! Tuesdays are busy days here!
