Christmas came early for me this year with the arrival of my new ECOVACS DEEBOT OZMO 950. I have quite a bit of space in my home to vacuum, and with three active (and messy!) boys, I spend A LOT of time cleaning up the floors! When my DEEBOT OZMO 9a50 arrived, I tore open the box and couldn’t wait to put it to work!
ABOUT THE DEEBOT OZMO 950
With the thinnest design yet, this amazing robotic vacuum has 3 hours of runtime, 3 levels of suction, and it can vacuum AND mop at the same time! With the help of the ECOVACS app, you can map out your home and customize your cleaning schedule. It’s the perfect addition to your smart home and you can link it to Google Home Assistant and Alexa to start vacuuming on command— does it get any better?!
I was honestly amazed at how well the DEEBOT OZMO 950 navigated my home—especially how it could get in and out of tight spaces and over some pretty high thresholds. If you haven’t used a robotic vacuum, one of the best things about it is that it can go under furniture and beds and get all of the places that are hard to reach. With its thin design, the DEEBOT OZMO 950 is great at getting into all of the nooks and crannies in our old home!
It does a great job picking up pet and long hair, and the brush doesn’t get tangled very often. If it does, you get a cheery message from your DEEBOT informing you that you need to clear the brush. It can also detect carpet, adjusting the power as needed when moving from smooth surface to carpet and avoiding carpeting when mopping.
TAKING BACK TIME IN MY DAY
With the time I’ve saved vacuuming and mopping, I’ve been able to schedule some more “me-time” in my day. Whether it’s taking a walk outside, hitting the gym or just relaxing with a book for a bit, I’ve been able to build some downtime into my busy work-at-home schedule! It was perfect timing as I have been looking for ways to buy back more time in my day, and I’m happy to say that this is certainly one of them!
I love that I can set my vacuum on auto and it happily cleans, returning to its station when needed and letting me know if I need to empty the dustbin or untangle a rogue sock that’s found its way into the vacuum. It’s also been helpful in keeping the boys’ room clean. No more reminding them to clean up legos on the floor, as all I have to say is that DEEBOT is going to clean and any wayward lego pieces will be consumed and not returned! 🤣
