Even though summer isn’t officially over in our house until after Labor Day and school starts, I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was excited about returning to routine and some cooler, less humid weather! Fall is always my favorite season here on Cape Cod because the crowds disappear and the weather is divine, but I’m going to soak up these last few beach days before school craziness. I’ve been doing just that with some wardrobe help from one of my favorite clothing companies, prAna. Here are some of my favorite pieces for the end of summer into fall…
prAna Pieces Perfect for the End of Summer
During our last week of summer, we’ve been squeezing in as much beach time as possible and thankfully the weather has cooperated! After spending the day in a bathing suit I love changing into my comfy clothes. I’m currently obsessed with prAna’s Unity pant (mine are the Coal color).
prAna Unity Pant
This pair of joggers is made with double-faced herringbone stretch jacquard (74% Cotton / 24% Polyester / 2% Spandex). The prAna Unity Pant has deep pockets and a wide waistband with drawstring. I love the relaxed fit and I think they’re flattering AND comfy. They will definitely be a staple in my wardrobe through the fall.
prAna Prairie Grove Sweater
The Prairie Grove sweater (shown in bone) is lightweight, long-sleeved and perfect for summer nights when you need a light layer of warmth. Made with an organic cotton/recycled polyester blend, the sweater has a boatneck with dropped shoulders and features a high-low hem. It’s a great piece that you can wear out to lunch or dinner but also over a yoga top on the way to class!
prAna’s Commitment to the Planet
prAna has always been committed to taking care of our planet. With a focus on sustainability, prAna uses materials from sustainable sources (like recycled wool and polyester, hemp, etc.) whenever possible. The company employs fair labor practices and is constantly developing processes to help improve their industry.
